Welcome, and thank you for visiting my website.
Choosing to begin counseling is both a meaningful and courageous decision. Throughout life, we all encounter moments of uncertainty, transition, and challenge—times when we may feel overwhelmed or unsure of how to move forward. Reaching out for support is an important step, and I’m grateful you’re here. You deserve a place where you feel heard, understood, and supported in your healing and growth.
I have been in private practice for more than 30 years, providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, children, adolescents, and couples. My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, assertiveness, communication skills, LGBTQ+ support, parenting, geriatrics, and anger management. I am a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work, a Board Certified Children and Family Specialist, a Certified Divorce Mediator, a Certified School Social Worker, and a Certified Clinical Supervisor.
In addition to my clinical work, I frequently speak to volunteer groups, private organizations, schools, civic associations, and corporate audiences throughout New Jersey on topics such as Positive Parenting and The Positive Power of Humor.
I would be honored to support you or your loved ones with caring, individualized, and collaborative counseling. Thank you for taking this important step toward emotional well-being and personal growth.
